1 Bed,1 Bath. 1 Block From The Beach.

My daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break. The apartment was ground floor, clean and as in description. The bathroom was small but clean with wonderful shower and nice towels. We enjoyed the kitchen and living room which gave us some space when needed. The host sent detailed information to get into unit (the key box was a bit challenging to open even though the directions and video sent were excellent). When I sent a question about grocery store the Host sent a video on how to get from the unit to the store which is so very close. The unit had most everything for cooking including knives, cutting boards and pots/pans. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk away with gorgeous sand and water! The beach towels in the unit were a wonderful treat as well as a beach chair we could borrow. We did not go swimming due to high rip current risks, so we went back to the pool at the apartment. Small but cool, clean and refreshing. We enjoyed sitting out on the chairs in front of our unit for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We did not rent a car but choose to Uber or walk most places. There was parking out front for a car if you have one. Overall this was a perfect place for us to enjoy our first trip to Puerto Rico and San Juan. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location close to beaches. Centralized on the island making it easy to do exploratory day trips. Worked well with our small dog. Nice park within walking distance. Gated neighborhood with security guard. Consistent WI-FI & Electric allowed us to work remotely. Also nice to have washer/dryer on site. Hosts were great!
